Delivery period
Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective product description, deliveries within Germany generally take 1–5 business days. Deliveries to Austria take 2–6 business days.
The delivery period begins upon confirmation of the order. If payment in advance has been agreed, the delivery period begins when you initiate the payment.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will generally ship the goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest stated delivery period.
